Al Mal Newspaper said that Orascom Housing Company affiliated to Orascom Development Holding is negotiating with Iraq in order in order to buy a piece of land wher it plans to build habitation units. The Newspaper said that Orascom Housing Company is seeing two pieces of land in Al Taji region and Al Basra and it waits the government pricing which would constitute the standard according to which it would choose one of them, Meanwhile, Iraq is trying to allocate 30 billion dollars for trade development and housing projects in the upcoming 10 years in the framework of reconstruction works and after years of war.
