Mosul bombings kill 14, wounds 33

14 people were killed and 33 others were wounded in two car bomb explosions in Mosul, police reported. The first car bomb detonated in northern Mosul killing one person and wounding six others. Ten minutes later, another blast was heard near a Shiite Mosque few kilometers away killing 13 people and wounding 27 others.
In a separate incident, two civilians were killed when their car detonated in Zimar, northern Mosul. Police said they might have been carrying explosives.
Moreover, a roadside bomb in Al Musayeb region in Hilla targeting a wedding killed 3 people and wounded 11 others.
In Kirkuk, gunmen shot dead a policeman. Huwayja police arrested a man in northern Baghdad thought to be responsible for a recent bombing in the region.
