Representatives of all Kurdistan parties and entities registered before the Independent High Electoral Commission convened on Thursday in Arbil upon the call of Kurdistan leader Massoud Barazani. The meeting tackled several issues mainly the elections process and Kirkuk in addition to the elections law draft law proposed in the Parliament.
Participants took a series of decisions mainly calls to hold elections in Kirkuk along with other Iraqi provinces without any exception. They refused as well partitioning Kirkuk into multiple electoral centers on ethnical background.
