Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said from Argentina that his US counterpart Barack Obama is doing nothing currently in order to revive Israeli Palestinian Peace negotiations. Speaking to Argentinean newspaper Clarin, Abbas said he hoped that Obama would "take a more important role in the future." Abbas had said that Palestinians does not want to start a new Intifada against Israel despite the fact that they are disappointed from the failure of peace process spearheaded by the USA. Abbas said that Palestinians do not want to repeat 2000-2005 Intifada which initiated an Israeli overwhelming military attack. Palestinians are determined to walk on the pace of peace and opt for negotiations, Palestinian President said.
