Gas-fired power plant blasts in USA

At least two people were killed and 12 others wounded when gas-fired power plant blasted in Middletown city in Connecticut State, northeast the USA. The town’s governor said in a press conference that the explosion happened while testing a gas pipeline. Meanwhile, a Middletown fire department deputy fire marshal said during the same press conference that he does not know the number of people that might be buried under the wreckage. A town’s hospital spokesman had already said that the death toll of the explosion could reach 50.
