A source in Diyala Province Council said that it got the final approvals on establishing an oil refinery north of Baquba with a refining capacity that reaches 20000barrels per day and to build an industrial city east of Baaquba. The same source added that the Ministry of oil gave final approvals for the refinery project in the region of Naft Khana North of Baaquba and agreed to provide the refinery with crude oil which was the impedance that obstructed getting the final approval. On the other hand, Irbil Market Company for Securities was inaugurated with the participation of all the contributing companies. This new project started with an approximately 10 billion dinars.
