Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Sheikh Mohamed Sayyid Tantawi died of a sudden heart attack Wednesday morning in Saudi Arabia where he was attending the King Faisal International Prize (KFIP) awarding celebration. Well informed sources aid that Tantawi suffered a heart attack as he boarded a flight early Wednesday, he was transported to King Khaled military hospital where he died.
