Iraqi President Jalal Talabani called on MPs to be present at the Parliament every day, assume constitutional responsibility and work on meeting legal quorum in order to hold the Parliament session. He urged to end parliament stalling and pressure political parties to form the government. President Talabani called on elected authorities to focus on ascertaining security, reaching stability, improving services and pushing economy forward.
