Iraq National Football Team to play face Europe stars in Milan

Iraq National Football team heads, from UAE where it is carrying on a training camp, to Milan in order to play a friendly charity game against the stars of Europe. Iraq. Huwar Molla Mohammad throve to get the permission of his team to participate in this game with Iraq national team after coach Vierra, Iraq national football team coach, convinced the Cyprian team of Huwar of letting the latter participate in the game after agreeing that he would join the team to Milan directly from Cyprus. To that, Iraq professional players playing in the Qatari tournament got their teams’ approval to go from Doha to Milan in order to participate with the National Team except for the player Qossai Mounir who didn’t get the approval until now. However, the other players: Nash’at Akram, Younis Mahmoud, Karar Jassem, Ali Hussain Rahima, Salam Shakerand Mahdi Karim will be playing with Iraq National Football Team in Italy. Saleh Sadir will also join the team going from Beirut to Italy. In the meantime, other players who play in the Iranian, Jordanian, Libyan, Sudanese and Iraqi Leagues carry on their training camp in UAE. These players are: Imad Mohammad, Haitham Kthem, Ala’ Abdul Zahra, Samer Said, Saad Attiah, Haidar Abdul Amir, Ali Salah, Nour Sabri, Bassem Abbas, Jassem Mohammad Gholam and other players who were invited to join in the team lately whether from Iraqi clubs or from other national teams. To that Iraq National Football Team will play the game against Europe stars next Monday. The team heads to Italy on Friday. This game is a charity game and a preparatory one for 19th Gulf Cup. To that, Iraq National team will also play two preparatory games against its Emirati counterpart on December 27 and 30. Afterwards the team will head to Muscat in January 2 to participate in Gulf Cup among the teams of the first group that regroups Bahrain, Sultanate of Oman and Kuwait.
