Representative of Grand Ayatollah Cleric Sayyed Ali Al Sistani, Sheikh Abdul Mehdi Al Karbalai, called on lawmakers to ratify the provincial election law. Al Karbalai noted in Friday prayer speech that Sayyed Al Sistani stressed the importance of resorting to dialogue and reach consensus over any crisis in Iraq. Moreover, Al Karbalai underlined the necessity of dealing with Kirkuk crisis through national consensus.
