Iraq Security Forces arrested the General Mufti of Sharee’ah Princes in Al Qaeda Ismail Al Sattar also known as the Blind Mufti who has issued Fatwahs allowing killing civilians and military men. Interior Ministry spokesman Major General Abdul-Karim Khalaf affirmed that in the next days to come Iraq security forces will work on arresting the members of this terrorist cell.
