A Spanish judge revived murder charges against three US soldiers over the killing of Telecinco Spanish television cameraman Jose Couso and Reuters cameraman Ukrainian Taras Protsyuk during the shelling of Palestine Hotel in Baghdad in 2003. Investigations judges accused the three US soldiers of charges according to the Spanish Law without specifying the crimes upon which they would be convicted. None of the three US soldiers Sergeant Thomas Gibson, Captain Philip Wolford and Lieutenant Colonel Philip were present in Spain at that time.
