Iraq President Jalal Talabani congratulated his Iranian counterpart, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for his re-election and for gaining the confidence and support of the Iranian people. Talabani stressed that the relation of understanding and good neighboring between Iran and Iraq will get better with time in a way to serve the interests of both people.
