Director of Al Qut Municipality in Wassit Province Hussain Allawi said that today three parks were inaugurated in the city with a cost of 1.57 billion dollars in the context of Provinces development projects for the year 2008. He added that a lot of parks are under construction and others are being rehabilitated and all of them will be finished before winter.
