Kurdistan Regional Government Natural Resources Minister Ashti Horami announced that oil exports from the region’s fields have halted due to rows with Baghdad’s Government on account of the payment mechanism to foreign firms operating in Kurdistan. Oil exports from the region’s fields have stopped until an agreement is reached with the federal government over the mechanism of paying the dues of oil companies operating in the region.
