Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak warned Lebanon from the participation of Hezbollah in the new government because of Hezbollah’s arsenal. Bark said that Tel Aviv will not accept the fact that an armed militia constitutes part of the government of a UN member country. To that, Israeli Radio and Yediot Ahronot Newspaper quoted Barak as saying that the Lebanese government and not only Hezbollah will be held accountable for any attack against Israel. Israeli Minister of Defense said that since the end of the armed conflict between Hezbollah and Israel in the summer of 2006 the Lebanese militia boosted its rockets’ arsenal.
