Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri Al Maliki blamed black Tuesday bombings on Baathists and Al Qaeda. Terrorist groups supported by Baath Party remnants and Al Qaeda caused another massacre against innocents targeting judicial and educational institutions, Al Maliki said in a statement. Bombings timing after Parliament succeeded in overcoming a major hindrance before elections, signals that Iraq enemies want to spur chaos and prevent the political process from moving forward, Al Maliki said.
