The Israeli Cabinet voted Sunday to pour millions of dollars of new funding into Jewish settlements in the West Bank, including the same to the \"map of national priorities\", an official source said. The government approved the plan after a vote. Netanyahu’s idea got 12 votes out of 17. The national priority zones plan is designed to funnel money into deprived areas. About two million Israelis live in those areas - approximately 110,000 of them in West Bank settlements. His decision is expected to stir a wave of resent weeks after Israel announced a partial moratorium for 10 months regarding building new units in settlements and that under a huge US pressure.
