Islamic State of Iraq claimed responsibility for the triple blasts that targeted Baghdad hotels on Monday, the SITE monitoring group said. Alsumaria managed to get a video from a surveillance camera showing the conjuncture of Al Hamra Hotel bombing. The video shows that the attack was made by a suicide bomber. The tape thought to be taken from a surveillance camera of a building facing Al Hamra Hotel captured the first minutes of the incident. It appears that two gunmen opened fire at the Hotel’s guards with mute weapons before raiding the site in their car bomb. The suicide bomber in a white minibus made a forced entry at the gate after it stopped there for a brief while. Six guards fired back at the driver before he blew it up. Based on the video, some guards seem to have been wounded. The tape shows as well another white car that drove in following the minibus, yet, it is not know whether it is linked to the attack or not.
