Iraq Oil Ministry Spokesman Assem Jihad said that Iraq Oil exports exceeded two million barrels per day for the first time since Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990. It is to be noted that tight UN sanctions were imposed on Iraq after its troops invaded oil-rich Kuwait in 1990.
