Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak will undergo an operation on his gall bladder in Germany today Saturday. Mubarak temporarily delegated presidential power to Ahmed Nazif, the country\'s prime minister, the state television said. Ashark Al Awsat News Agency had said that President Mubarak underwent medical tests after talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
