UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon said that he will participate in the Arab league Summit to be held in Libya in March 27. Moon who is also scheduled to take part in the Mideast Quartet to be held in Moscow on March 19 said that the meeting will constitutes a good opportunity for the Quartet members to assess and encourage the indirect talks as fast as possible between the Israelis and the Palestinians. The UN Secretary General uttered hopes that this meeting would prepare for direct talks between the two parties.
