Jordanian Minister of Transportation Ala’ Al Bataniyah said on Tuesday that Iraq still did not transport its airplanes parked in Queen Alia’ International Airport since 1991 in spite the fact that since 6 months the two countries signed an agreement to transport the same. Al Ghad Jordanian Newspaper quoted Al Bataniyah as saying that in collaboration with a Jordanian local company the Iraqi government was supposed to disassemble the airplanes and to transport the same to Iraq. Minister of Transportation added that the delay was not caused by the Jordanian party but by the Iraqi party since it was preoccupied with the elections.
