Iraq Central Bank Governor said that the policy of the Bank is based on enticing the funds to Iraqi banks and not the other way round and that in order to limit the financial inflation in Iraq. Iraq Central Bank is keen to raise the interest or to make it equivalent to the rate of inflation in the country and that in order to encourage the citizen to save thus the money flow would be directed towards the Central Bank instead of the market which limits the inflation, he added. Iraq Central Bank closely observes the movement of the market and the rate of inflation in Iraq.
