Head of Islamic Supreme Council Ammar Al Hakim called on winning coalitions to ally with other parties in order to form a government that “does not commit the mistakes of the past”. Iraq cannot be driven by one party or list or sect, Al Hakim stressed calling to take into account the religious authority’s considerations in forming the next Parliament.
