IHEC Chairman Faraj Al Haidari announced that the Commissioners Council refuses to recount votes in all the provinces of Iraq. Al Haidari noted that the IHEC handed political entities running for elections a CD of the results to compare them with their own results. IHEC is ready to recount votes in polling centers where it is proved that results are mistaken, Al Haidari added. Recounting votes in all provinces however is not possible, he argued. IHEC spokesman Qassem Al Aboudi affirmed that final results of Iraq Parliamentary elections will be announced on Friday.
