Iraq signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a French industrial company specializing in cement production in order to provide the ministry of construction with the needed cement for the later projects’ during the upcoming period. The MoU also includes training the Iraqi technical cadres by French experts in order to raise the level of their professional capacities.
