Kurdistan Regional Government’s representative in Tehran Nazem Omar Al Dabbagh announced that Iran agreed to halt shelling on Kurdistan border regions. Iran’s approval came after intensified talks and contacts by Kurdistan’s representative office in Tehran, Al Dabbagh told the PUK website. Concerned parties urged further efforts to preserve joint borders’ security, he added.
