Babel Investment Commission accused government directories in the Province of impeding establishing investment projects because of delaying license granting, stressing that some national laws which were issued before 2003 contradict with the new legislations in Investment field. A source in the province’s Investment Council said that many directories are still working according to the old centralized system that limits the work of the investor. To that, the Ministries did not provide the directors in the competent directories with authorities to facilitate the work of investors, the same source added.
