General Manager of Indonesia State-ran Oil and Gas Company said that the company is holding talks with Angola's state-run oil company Sonangol in order to buy a share in two oil fields development projects in Iraq. The company seeks to expand its activities in order to enhance oil and gas production and it aims to take hold of many oil fields inside and outside the country. Sonangol had mentioned that it intends to sell shares in Al Najma and Al Kayara in Iraq in which it currently owns 75% of the shares while Iraq State-run Oil Company owns 25 of these fields shares.
