Dhi Qar Province Council members discussed investment opportunities in internet and communication fields with a Chinese company. The governor assistant for technical affairs Rahim Al Khakani said that the province is stable on the security level and it enjoys natural factors that help it to entice international companies for investment. The local government in the province bids to smooth out the difficulties that are encountering these companies in order to hoist the services and construction level in the province.
