Kirkuk Directorate of Communication and Post said that it started to establish 3 telephones exchanges with 26000 phone lines in Kirkuk. The Directorate said that it will refer the files of people who didn’t pay to courts. The same source added that these new equipments will help to boost the status quo of the land calls and communication in the province.
