Crude oil pumping from northern Iraq's Kirkuk oil fields has been on hold since Sunday on a technical fault, Middle East shipping agents said Monday. In fact, an electricity problem in a pipeline on the Turkish side caused this halt. However, reparation works are ongoing and pumping oil is expected to be resumed soon.
