Iraqi Reform Movement headed by former Prime Minister Ibrahim Al Jaafari rejected the nomination of Adel Abdul Mehdi as a candidate for Premiership, stressing that there are some reservations on the mechanism of nomination. The Reform movement boycotted the meeting during which Abdel Mehdi nomination was announced, senior official Faleh Al Fayad told Alsumaria. Al Fayad wondered how the nomination was decided in one session while related talks took several months. The reform movement respects the will of the national coalition members but affirms that it does not represent the movement, he added.
