Iraqi President Jalal Talabani affirmed that the next government will be formed soon before the end of the constitutional deadline. President Talabani received US Ambassador to Iraq James Jeffrey who handed him a congratulation letter from US President Barack Obama for his re-election. The US Ambassador for his part stressed that the US Government supports all endeavors deployed to form the new government praising Iraqi President’s application in this regard. The United States remains a real and strategic partner in Iraq, he said.
