Unknown gunmen opened fire on Abdul Rahman Jemaa, member of Al Ibara municipal council, northeastern Baaquba and killed him near his house, a source from Diyala police said. Five suspects were arrested on account of this incident, the source added. In Kirkuk, gunmen wounded in a drive by shooting a civilian in Al Shorja region. Salahuddin police force freed an abductee and arrested the kidnapper in Yathreb District, southern Tikrit.
