Baghdad Secretariat announced that his Secretary Saber Al Issawi submitted his official resignation to Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri Al Maliki on account of February 25 protests. Al Issawi is the fourth official to resign or be dismissed from Al Maliki’s coalition after Waset governor Latif Hamad Al Torfa, Babel governor Salman Naser Al Zarkani and Basra governor Sheltag Abboud. The media advisor of Baghdad Secretary Amir Ali Hassoun told Alsumaria News that Prime Minister Al Maliki will notify Al Issawi later during the day whether his resignation was approved or denied.
