Head of Al Iraqiya List Iyad Allawi stressed during his visit to Najaf City the necessity to build up positive relations with all political parties in Iraq especially Sadr Front. In a joint press conference with Sadr Front leader cleric Sayyed Moqtada Al Sadr, Allawi stated that Iraqiya List supports Sadr demands calling for better services and the right to peaceful demonstration. All the demands of the Iraqi people are welcome mainly calls for better services and ration cards in addition to demands stipulating the eradication of financial corruption and the reform of provincial councils. Allawi called on Prime Minister Nuri Al Maliki to settle the nomination of security ministers as soon as possible.
