A gunman was killed and another one wounded in an armed clash with army forces in Al Saheji region, western Mosul, a police source from Nineveh province said. Unknown gunmen in northern Baaquba opened fire on Saturday morning on a civilian called Ismail Khalil as he was leaving his house in the village of Jdeidat Al Aghwat in Khales District. Baghdad Operations Forces carried out a crackdown operation in Al Fadel region, central Baghdad, and arrested terrorist Ali Harbi who is responsible for the killing of 8 citizens and is involved in around 30 robberies, Baghdad Operations Command spokesman Brigadier Qassem Ata told Alsumarianews. Iraqi security forces arrested seven people including three wanted for terrorism and criminal charges during a security crackdown in Baaquba and Miqdadiya.
