Exxon Mobil\'s Chief Executive said that the company holds continuous talks with Baghdad in order to create an investment environment that allows it to become a principal player in Iraq energy field. Exxon bids to win contracts in Iraq biggest oil fields. However, Iraq, that enjoys the third biggest oil reserve in the whole world to billions of dollars of foreign investments in order to reform its oil sector and to boost the production after years of sanctions and wars.
