Defense Minister Abdul Qader Al Ubaidi and National Security Council Mowaffaq Al Rubaie announced that the coming stage will focus on upgrading intelligence in Iraq in order to face the phase prior to US Forces withdrawal from Iraq. Meanwhile, Defense Ministry spokesman Brigadier Mohammed Al Askari declared that Defense Minister will visit France starting next week after meeting in Baghdad with Eurocopter chairman, a helicopter manufacturer firm.
